What does this kit cover in a full haircut?

You get a clipper for fading, tapering, blending and bulk removal, plus a trimmer for lineups, beard detailing and neck cleanups. It is a full fade-to-finish setup, so both the cutting and finishing stages are covered in one kit.

How much power do the motors have?

Both tools run rotary motors with Smart-Clip technology, so they adjust power when the blade meets resistance. The clipper runs at 6,000 to 7,500 RPM, while the trimmer runs at 8,200 RPM for sharper detailing work.

Can both tools be zero-gapped?

Yes, both tools are zero-gap capable. The clipper uses a fade blade for close fade work, while the trimmer uses the EZ-GAP T-Blade for tighter lineups and finishing.

What is the difference between the clipper blade and trimmer blade?

The clipper uses a fade blade, which is the one you use to build and blend the haircut. The trimmer uses an EZ-GAP T-Blade, which gives you the visibility and closeness needed for edges, beard lines and neck cleanup.

What cutting lengths does the clipper support?

The clipper cutting range is 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm through the taper lever. The trimmer is not a length-control tool, so use it for fixed close detailing after the clipper work is done.

What guards come with the kit?

You get 10 guards: 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. That gives you enough range for tight fades, longer transitions and bulk reduction without needing a separate guard set straight away.

How long does each tool run?

Each tool gives up to 120 minutes of cordless runtime from a lithium-ion battery. That is enough for regular shop use, especially if you return the tools to the shared dock between cuts.

Is the kit corded or cordless?

The tools are listed as cordless and charge through the shared charging dock. Cord length does not apply because no corded operating length is provided for these cordless tools.

What comes in the box?

The kit includes the gold 2020C clipper, gold 2020T trimmer, charging dock, screwdriver, cleaning brush, lubricating oil, blade protector and 10 magnetic guards. That covers cutting, finishing, charging and basic blade care from the start.

How should I maintain both tools?

Brush the blades clean after every cut and oil them regularly so they keep cutting smoothly. The low-noise, low-vibration feel will only hold up properly if the blades stay clean, lubricated and correctly aligned.

What replacement blades should I look for?

The compatible blade setup is the JRL Fade Blade for the clipper and the EZ-GAP T-Blade for the trimmer. Having both replacement blade types makes the kit easier to keep in rotation long term.

What warranty support does it have in Australia?

How does shipping work?

We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.

We offer various delivery options in Australia for standard items which you can select when you checkout to complete your order. For bulky items such as furniture a fixed freight charge may apply. For bulky items the product will display any fixed price shipping charge and this will be added automatically to your order if applicable.

For orders over $350 there is a free freight option which can be selected when checking out. You can also choose express options for faster delivery. Note all prices include GST.

** We offer same day dispatch for orders received before 1:00pm on a normal business day only when Express Priority freight option is selected.** If Regular Delivery option is selected your order normally will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after placing your order.

We endeavor to carry all standard advertised items in stock, however if there are stock shortfalls preventing immediate dispatch of your order, we will contact you if there will be any extended delays to advise and offer options.

Australia

Our default couriers are TNT Express/Fedex and Australia Post. Once your order is consigned you should receive tracking details via email throughout the journey of your order to its destination. If you do not receive any notifications within a reasonable time of placing your order please email us at info@barberco.com.au quoting your order number to request a personal update.

New Zealand

We ship to all areas in New Zealand. Freight is calculated at checkout and will depend on items purchased.

DHL Express is our chosen freight company. Typically freight times are between 2 – 7 business days depending on your location.

Note we cannot ship dangerous goods such as aerosols and some liquids to New Zealand. It is not cost effective to freight furniture to New Zealand, however we can provide sea freight options on application.

How soon will my order dispatch?

If you order and pay for your order before 1 pm (EST) on a business day and select Express Priority we will dispatch on the same business day, if we are unable to dispatch we will try and let you know ASAP by email. If you require your order by a certain day it is very helpful to us if you put this as a customer note when checking out.

Will I receive notification of my order and receive updates on delivery status?

Once your order is compete you will receive an instant confirmation of your order via email. Please check carefully and advise us of any issues.

You will receive notification once your order is packed and ready for dispatch. From there you should receive several notifications along the journey of your order with the final one being that the order has been delivered. Please advise us immediately if any issues or concerns or you haven’t received any notifications at all since you placed your order. Please also check spam or junk mail if no communications have been received.

Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk?

Yes! Many of our popular items have bulk discount. When you open up the page if the product has bulk pricing available it will show this and you can click on this to see what deals are available

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via Visa or Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay or direct deposit. If you select direct deposit you will be emailed an invoice with our bank details on the bottom. If you would like to pay by cash (if picking your parcel up) please select direct deposit as your payment method when checking out.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We don’t have one! If you only want to get a few items just to try us out then you can do that, no problem at all.
