How does shipping work?
We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.
We offer various delivery options in Australia for standard items which you can select when you checkout to complete your order. For bulky items such as furniture a fixed freight charge may apply. For bulky items the product will display any fixed price shipping charge and this will be added automatically to your order if applicable.
For orders over $250 there is a free freight option which can be selected when checking out. You can also choose express options for faster delivery. Note all prices include GST.
** We offer same day dispatch for orders received before 1:00pm on a normal business day only when Express Priority freight option is selected.** If Regular Delivery option is selected your order normally will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after placing your order.
We endeavor to carry all standard advertised items in stock, however if there are stock shortfalls preventing immediate dispatch of your order, we will contact you if there will be any extended delays to advise and offer options.
Our default couriers are TNT Express/Fedex and Australia Post. Once your order is consigned you should receive tracking details via email throughout the journey of your order to its destination. If you do not receive any notifications within a reasonable time of placing your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number to request a personal update.
1. Regular Delivery. For orders under $250 the following charges will apply:
a. Order value up to $99.99 a charge of $11.95 will apply
b. Order value $100.00 - $250.00 a charge of $15.95 will apply
Delivery timeframes are between 2 – 6 business days depending on your location. Allow extra time for remote locations.
2. Express Priority. For orders under $250.00 the following charges will apply:
a. Order value up to - $99.99 a charge of $14.95 will apply
b. Order value $100.00 - $249.99 a charge of $17.95 will apply
c. Order value $250.00 and over a charge of $19.95 will apply
Delivery timeframes are between 1 – 4 business days depending on your location. Allow extra time for remote locations.
We reserve the right to recalculate and request extra charges if freight does not calculate within reasonable estimates for bulky items or dangerous goods especially to remote locations.
Some items such as Barber Chairs and like bulky items cannot be purchased on our website directly due to limitations on accurate freight calculations on our website. Please call us on 1800 098 805 or email email@example.com to request a personal quote on any Barber Chairs and like bulky items.
We ship to all areas in New Zealand. Freight is calculated at checkout and will depend on items purchased.
DHL Express is our chosen freight company. Typically freight times are between 2 – 7 business days depending on your location.
Note we cannot ship dangerous goods such as aerosols and some liquids to New Zealand. It is not cost effective to freight furniture to New Zealand, however we can provide sea freight options on application.
How soon will my order dispatch?
If you order and pay for your order before 1 pm (EST) on a business day and select Express Priority we will dispatch on the same business day, if we are unable to dispatch we will try and let you know ASAP by email. If you require your order by a certain day it is very helpful to us if you put this as a customer note when checking out.
Will I receive notification of my order and receive updates on delivery status?
Once your order is compete you will receive an instant confirmation of your order via email. Please check carefully and advise us of any issues.
You will receive notification once your order is packed and ready for dispatch. From there you should receive several notifications along the journey of your order with the final one being that the order has been delivered. Please advise us immediately if any issues or concerns or you haven’t received any notifications at all since you placed your order. Please also check spam or junk mail if no communications have been received.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Once your registration is complete please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org advising you have registered, and identify and provide proof you have a valid ABN, or provide proof you are either work in the trade or are a student. We will then assess your application and confirm via email if approved.

While we try and do this with our huge range and dedicated customer service, we are so confident that we have the lowest prices that we will match any online advertised price providing it is reasonable and not below our cost! That means you can shop with confidence, knowing that when you purchase from BarberCo you get the best value and the best price. We reserve the right to refuse to price match in circumstances where a competitor is clearing stock at cost or below cost.

Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk?
Yes! Many of our popular items have bulk discount. When you open up the page if the product has bulk pricing available it will show this and you can click on this to see what deals are available
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via Visa or Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay or direct deposit. If you select direct deposit you will be emailed an invoice with our bank details on the bottom. If you would like to pay by cash (if picking your parcel up) please select direct deposit as your payment method when checking out.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We don’t have one! If you only want to get a few items just to try us out then you can do that, no problem at all.
I am having trouble registering/checking out.
The most likely explanation is that your username is not unique. We recommend using your email address as this way you can guarantee you will be the only person who selects it, plus it is easier to remember! Otherwise occasionally there is a glitch if there is a browser issue with your computer.
