How does freight work?
We offer by default a premium delivery service with TNT Express on all orders. For standard shipping with TNT Express there is free shipping for orders over $200. This (excluding bulky and furniture items). Other charges calculated as follows,
1. For orders under $100 a $10.95 freight fee will be charged (excluding bulky and furniture items).
2. For orders in value between $100 - $200 a $15.95 freight fee will be charged (excluding bulky and furniture items).
If you would like your order prioritised, you can choose our Express Priority freight option, and a flat fee of $18.95 will apply - (excluding bulky and furniture items).
Please note: same day dispatch only applies to orders who have selected the Express Priority freight option.
Due to increased freight charges that have been passed to us in recent times, some bulky items have a fixed freight charge and if this is applicable the product will display this price.
Furniture where applicable is POA and will depend on item required and charges will depend of course on size and destination. For any items falling into this category please call us on 1300 794 088 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a custom quote.
Please also note some remote areas may incur a surcharge and this is calculated at checkout.
How soon will my order dispatch?
If you order and pay for before 2 pm (EST) on a business day we will dispatch on the same business day, if we are unable to dispatch we will try and let you know ASAP by email. If you require your order by a certain day it is very helpful to us if you put this as a customer note when checking out.
Will I receive notification of my order and receive updates on delivery status?
Once your order is compete you will receive an instant confirmation of your order via email. Please check carefully and advise us of any issues.
You will receive notification once your order is packed and ready for dispatch. From there you should receive several notifications along the journey of your order with the final one being that the order has been delivered. Please advise us immediately if any issues or concerns or you haven’t received any notifications at all since you placed your order. Please also check spam or junk mail if no communications have been received.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Once your registration is complete please email us at email@example.com advising you have registered, and identify and provide proof you have a valid ABN, or provide proof you are either work in the trade or are a student. We will then assess your application and confirm via email if approved.

Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk?
Yes! Many of our popular items have bulk discount. When you open up the page if the product has bulk pricing available it will show this and you can click on this to see what deals are available
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via Visa or Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay or direct deposit. If you select direct deposit you will be emailed an invoice with our bank details on the bottom. If you would like to pay by cash (if picking your parcel up) please select direct deposit as your payment method when checking out.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We don’t have one! If you only want to get a few items just to try us out then you can do that, no problem at all.
I am having trouble registering/checking out.
The most likely explanation is that your username is not unique. We recommend using your email address as this way you can guarantee you will be the only person who selects it, plus it is easier to remember! Otherwise occasionally there is a glitch if there is a browser issue with your computer.
